Hi, I’m Molly Wood, owner of Wood Home Photography.
At Wood Home Photography, we know how to capture your listing at its best and get it marketed then sold quickly. Based in Las Vegas, I work with a buyers’ eye behind the camera to capture a home’s best features to get your buyers’ attention. With years of photography and moving experience as a military family, city to city, I’ve seen my fair share of markets and listing qualities. As a buyer that moved from coast to coast, my family relied solely on listing photos and a fantastic realtor to tour for us. This process brought to light so many flaws in real estate photography. First impressions are everything in real estate with over 90% of home buyers searching online for their new home, and 83% of them say professional listing photos are most useful in their home search.
